SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing surface of parts; subjecting them to vibration-cleaning in tore-like vibration installation in washing out solution with use of pellets of cleaning working agent; performing vibration polishing in polishing medium with use of pellets of polishing working agent; selecting geometry parameters of pellets of cleaning and polishing working agents according to condition: Rmin > r >0.3Rmin, where r-minimum radius of pellets of cleaning and polishing working agents; Rmin- minimum curvature radius of concave surfaces of part.
