FIELD: environmental protection; installations for flotation purification of the industrial and domestic waste waters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the installation for purification of the high-concentration industrial and domestic waste waters, for removal of proteins, fats, petroleum, surface-active substances, SS-AS, other impurities. The installation contains: rectangular (in plan) body (1) with the distribution system of the perforated pipelines located inside the body (2) for inlet of the water-air mixture; the assembly of withdrawal of the purified water with the reception pocket (10); the mechanism (6) for removal of the foam and the foam collector (7) and the branch pipe (8) for removal of the foam; the device for saturation of the source water with the air bubbles consisting of the pump (3) and the water- air ejectors (4). The installation is supplied with the receiving tank for stabilization of consumption of the waters fed in the water- air ejectors (4)connected with the inlet branch pipe of the pump (3) and through the reverse valve - with the body of the installation; and the device for saturation of the incoming water with air bubbles - with the additional in compliance with the number of the perforated pipelines water-air ejectors (4), each of which is mounted coaxially with the appropriate perforated pipeline (2). The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the waste waters purification at the high concentration of the removed impurities due to the increased amount of the air introduced into the installation, formation of the developed surface of the "water-air" phase interface and the uniform distribution of the air in the volume, and also stabilization of the pump operation due to elimination of air entry into its inlet branch pipe; and the reduced electric power input.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the waste waters purification at the high concentration of the removed impurities, formation of the developed surface of the "water-air" phase interface and the uniform distribution of the air in the volume, stabilization of the pump operation, the reduced electric power input.
