FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with measurement of capacity of pressure plant by way of determination of dependence of values of head, pressure, power on shaft of compressor on capacity of compressor and dependence of discharge coefficient determined as difference between result of division of power on compressor shaft by pressure developed at given productivity of compressor and result of division of power on compressor shaft by pressure developed at zero productivity of compressor. It also includes operations determining dependence of efficiency of electric motor on consumed electric power. On basis of data obtained for the current moment of time pressure across inlet to compressor and across outlet from compressor is found with due account of nominal pressure at which specified dependencies were taken, actual value of power acting on compressor shaft with allowance for actual value of efficiency of electric motor for this value of power is found. Value of discharge coefficient is calculated for current moment of time and by it capacity of pressure plant is determined. EFFECT: simplified process of measurement of capacity of centrifugal compressors, increased measurement accuracy. 4 dwg
