SUBSTANCE: method involves generation of ratio of first value of tested signal to second level of tested signal by means of calculation of first value by detection of signal half derivative and calculation of its squared valuation; calculation of second value by signal squared valuation which corresponds to its energy. EFFECT: increased speed, increased precision of assessment of power mass center of signal spectrum.
