FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve devices for pneumatic systems with non-combustible gas and can be used in cylinder fire extinguishing systems. Reusable shutoff-starting device of the gas fire extinguishing installation is additionally equipped with a slide valve controlling the movement of the shutter of the housing, which includes various cylindrical assemblies mounted in its axial hole, which form gas flow channels in this valve, namely: a hollow screw enclosing the pusher; an upper piston fitted on the screw head with the possibility of forming an additional stimulating chamber of the valve between this piston and the drive, which is connected to the main stimulating chamber of the device; lower spring-loaded piston put on the screw; arranged under lower piston shaped cup, centred by axis in body gate, installed with possibility of location above the axial groove of the shutter of the housing, leaving it open and connected to housing stimulating chamber, and through it and with open channels of the slide valve; valve gate mounted into the axial hole of the shaped cup with hollow recesses at the ends, in the upper one of which there is a seal coupled with the ends of the pusher and the screw with the drive idle, forming a saddle for them on its surface, and its lower recess accommodates a spring providing tight pressing of this seal to the ends of the pusher and the screw, wherein in the housing of the device there is a bypass channel, which is opened when the emptied container is filled with a fire extinguishing gas and is configured to be connected to the main stimulation chamber, and the cylindrical housing of the device itself is made with at least one transverse through groove in the body connected to the atmosphere and with an opposite transverse groove in the body of the slide valve.
EFFECT: providing effective operability of the device at any pressure in the container with fire extinguishing gas, including at high pressure up to limit of 360 bar due to use of slide valve in it, structurally providing formation in it of its additional stimulating chamber, connected to the main stimulating chamber, wherein gas pressure in additional stimulating chamber is sufficient for abrupt short-term release into atmosphere of minimum volume of gas, which filled volume of main stimulating chamber and channels of this valve before actuation of actuator and guaranteeing the gate in the housing lifting by the gas pressure from the container during fire extinguishing.
