FIELD: ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: niobium, titanium, and zirconium microalloying components are added simultaneously with a part of total aluminum quantity after addition of silicon and manganese, the following ratio being observed: Ni/Σ(Ti,Zr,Al)=1.0-2.5. Then final deoxidation by aluminum is performed. EFFECT: reduced niobium burn-off and achieved optimal set of mechanical properties of rolled metal. 1 tbl
