FIELD: laying new pipe line through that which is to be replaced. SUBSTANCE: device has member connected with new pipe line, anchor made in form of strut and tractive cable embracing it which is secured on working member. Anchor of varying length is provided with pivots having adjustable area of support, thus making it possible to mount anchor in wells of any dimensions.
