Stage using disinter with thermally-dependent change-over voltage is connected to one midpoint of voltage divider. Stage using disinter with thermally-independent change-over voltage is connected to one midpoint of voltage divider. Stage using disinter with thermally-independent change-over voltage is connected to other midpoint of voltage divider. Given circuit enables effective and accurate temperature control of electrical engineering objects or medium within range of -60+150 C. It may also be used as thermal fuse.
