SUBSTANCE: reference signal proportional to rated value of output parameter is set, signal proportional to output signal value is discriminated, error signal proportional to difference between reference and discriminated signals is shaped, and radiation parameters are controlled by reducing error signal; prior to setting reference signal, radiation-parameter continuous control region is reduced, threshold signals are set to correspond to boundaries of radiation-parameter continuous control region, and signal proportional to digital variation of radiation parameter is shaped. Mentioned method is implemented by laser- radiation parameter control system incorporating series- connected output parameter setting element, difference shaping unit, control unit, unit of controlled modules, and series- connected adder and output-signal meter.
