SUBSTANCE: for fluid stabilization of tangential fluid flow an additional discharge is excited in the gas chamber, with the aid of which a working arc is initiated. Prior to fluid flow feed, a plasma- generating gas flow whirled relative to the gas chamber axis is fed, after initiation of the working arc gas feed is stopped and fluid pressure is increased. A rod electrode and an auxiliary electrode, enveloping it and serving as the upper diaphragm, are installed in the plasma generator body to axis with an inlet of plasma-generating gas. The fluid stabilization chamber with a tangential fluid inlet is joined to the auxiliary electrode by its upper end. A water catcher-dissector, having through central and peripheral holes, is connected to the lower diaphragm. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 3 cl, 1 dwg
