FIELD: agriculture, in particular, removal of foreign matter, such as weeds affecting seed quality and germination. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has seed agitator with flexible members, such as springs oriented to conveyor and staggered in zone of seed polarized and laser radiation unit above belt conveyor. Drum vibrator with projections is positioned within conveyor and kinematically connected with drive drum so as to transmit vibratory movement to belt in direction perpendicular to conveyor axis. Planar block of ferromagnets is mounted within conveyor adjacent to seed laser treatment zone. Round block of ferromagnets is positioned in zone of discharge of seeds into vessel. These ferromagnets are staggered on outer surface of drive drum along the whole width of conveyor belt. EFFECT: increased seed yield, reduced seed germination time and cleaning (sorting) of seed from foreign matter, and complete and high-quality radiation of seeds. 2 cl, 2 dwg
