SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the equipment for preparing seeds for sowing in dry conditions. The mobile unit for pre-sowing treatment of seeds in arid conditions contains at least two hoppers installed on the trailer platform with nozzles for loading and unloading seeds, nozzles for supplying water and air, and an agitator in the form of an auger, on the outer end of the turns of which there are air supply boxes with a cavity communicating with a source of compressed air through the nozzles and the tubular shaft of the screw. Also, the unit has a pneumatic line for loading seeds, a fan with a heater and an auger for unloading seeds. The nozzles for unloading seeds from the hoppers are combined into a single unloading chute, at the outlet of which a rotating hollow conical disk with nozzles is installed to spray the coating material onto the flow of seeds descending from the disk. The seed unloading auger is made removable during the transportation of the unit. The treatment of seeds in the first hopper is reduced to moistening them in the hopper until saturated with water, draining the remaining water, drying the seeds externally with a stream of warm air blown through the hopper, and applying a moisture-protective coating to the seeds unloaded from the hopper. Seed treatment in the second hopper is carried out in a similar sequence in accordance with the seed sowing schedule.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to combine the operations of saturating seeds with moisture before sowing, drying them outside and applying a moisture-protective coating on them in the configuration of a mobile unit with increasing seed germination and improving plant development.
