FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing of biphase substrate consisting of milk and gonads of sea hydrobionts. They are added in the amount of 5-20% from milk mass. Substrate is pasteurized, fermented with standard cultured milk products, soured and cooled. Prepared products are cultured milk drinks or curd in which animal tissue is not noticeable.
