FIELD: medicine, more specifically, spinal cord vascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: use is made of autotransplant of greater omentum with nerve and great vessels. Greater vessels of autotransplant are sutured end-to-end and with external branches of carotid and internal jugular vein, in case of spinal cord ischemia in its cervical part. In case of ischemia in thoracic part, the vessels are sutured with intercostal vessel, and with lumbar vessels in case of ischemia in lumbar part. Nerves are sutured with cervical, thoracic and lumbar nerves, respectively. In so doing, autotransplant is wrapped in the form of sleeve around the respective segment of spinal cord and sutured. EFFECT: restored blood supply of spinal cord segments. 2 dwg
