FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making laminectomy and partially selected spinal cord revision to determine its tissues viability. 10 to 15 cm long intercostal vascular bundle, artery and vein are selected in transverse access along the adjacent rib edge. The distal end is ligated and intersected. The vascular bundle is mobilized together with perivascular fat and placed under the cerebral dura mater. One vascular bundle is attached to the distal area of the proximal end of the spinal cord. The second one is attached to the proximal end of the distal part of the injured spinal cord portion. EFFECT: improved blood circulation in the spinal cord zone. 1 dwg
