SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out graft from the greater omentum with an artery and vein and a branch of the posterior trunk of the nervus vagus, performing its autotransplantation on the vascular coat of the brain, setting anastomoses between the superficial temporal artery and vein and the omental artery and vein, stitching together the auriculotemporal nerve branch and the nervus vagus anterior trunk branch.
