FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating bone tunnel in tibia and two bone tunnels in exterior and interior condyles of the femur making Y-junction with the bone tunnel in tibia. Y-shaped implant is brought through the tunnels following with blockage of its ends. New is bone tunnel in proximal metaepiphysis of the tibia directed from outside to the center of the bone from its front backwards inclined at an angle of 30-35 deg in frontal plane and at an angle of 60 deg in sagittal plane relative to its anatomical axis. Bone tunnel is created in exterior condyle of the femur. The tunnel is directed from inside outwards at an angle of 70 deg to the mechanical axis of the femur. Bone tunnel of the interior condyle of the femur is produced as one directed from outside inwards at an angle of 43 deg to the mechanical axis of the femur. The Y-shaped implant of the ligaments is whole-piece rope having stem branching in two directions to form anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments which continuations are the parts of branching rope for making exterior and interior lateral ligaments, respectively. The whole rope stem is placed in tibia bone tunnel, the branching parts are brought through bone tunnels of the exterior and interior condyles of the femur on which they are fixed. Combined injury of one or two lateral ligaments being the case, the remaining part of the branching rope is passed to the corresponding lateral side of the joint in forming cruciate ligaments, and fixed on the tibia. EFFECT: enhanced stability of knee joint. 2 cl, 2 dwg
