SUBSTANCE: method involves form two bone canals - in lateral condyle of the femur and medial condyle of the tibia having diameter of 6-8 mm in places of anterior cruciform ligament attachment. An artificial transplant is introduced through the produced channels in distal direction. Then, primary transplant stabilization is carried out with auto- or allobone on lateral femoral condyle from outside inside. Proximal 1.5-3 cm long transplant end is left free and sutured with blanket suture. Then, the transplant stretched and its distal end is fixed on medial tibial condyle with auto- or allobone. Free proximal end of a transplant is attached with tension to iliotibial tract with blanket suture thread ends. Vascular prosthesis is used as transplant.
