FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves producing two bone canals in tibia one of which being oriented at an angle of 60-70° relative to tibial plateau and the other one being 40-50° large. Next, two bone canals are produced, one of which being in medial condyle and the other one being in lateral condyle of the femur. One implant is conducted through the canal produced in tibia at an angle of 60-70° and the canal in medial condyle of the femur. One implant end is attached to the medial condyle of the femur and the other one the tibia at bending angle in knee joint equal to 90°. The second implant is conducted through the canal produced in tibia at an angle of 40-50° and the canal in lateral condyle of the femur. One implant end is attached to the external condyle of the femur and the other one the tibia at bending angle in knee joint equal to 45°.
EFFECT: eliminated anteroexterior and anterointerior knee joint instability.
