FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing conductor clamp limb thrust member at the exit from the canal to be created. A rod for clamp needle is coaxially fixed at the entrance to the canal to be created in a way that its geometrical center coincides with the point of intersection of the rod axis and limb thrust axis. Wire is introduced coaxially with the rod from outside towards inside of the bone to drill the canal along the wire. The canal length is determined from difference between the clamp radius and rod length from the clamp to the entrance to the canal. Bore length and ligament implants length are selected depending on the difference value. The conductor unit has clamp with scale and groove grove made all length along, movably connected to the clamp and carrying angular position check member and limb fastening member interacting with each other, limb for making canal in the tibia for anterior cruciform ligament implant to be set. The limb has supporting part and working part with a thrust member. Limb for making canal in the femur for ligament implant which supporting part is made as a whole with extension piece movably connected to the clamp groove and the working part has thrust member. Axially movable rod for fastening wire is radially mounted on the clamp and has measuring scale and button fixing member. The point of intersection of rod thrust member axes and limb thrust member axes coincides with the geometrical clamp center. The conductor unit has a cylinder mounted on the rod for wire to be fixed, screw-type member for fixing rod position, bore with measuring marks and arrest thrust member and additional limb which working part has thrust member and which shape corresponds to physiologic plateau curvature beyond the posterior edge of the tibia for making canal in the femur for cruciform ligament implant to be set. The working part has thorns fixed on the thrust member symmetrically relative to the point coinciding with the geometric center of the clamp. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 cl, 7 dwg
