FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has reversing frequency control unit 1, modulation signal shaper 2 which two outputs are connected to the first and the second outputs of reversing frequency control unit 1, respectively. Two outputs of reversing frequency control unit 1 are connected to the corresponding inputs of radiation mode control unit 3 connected to output of power supply source 9. Inputs of control unit 5 for selecting radiation wavelength are connected to the corresponding inputs of reversing frequency control unit 1 and the first N outputs are connected to inputs of the first and the second light source 8 set into light-diffusing reflectors 7 built-in into spectacles 6 having light- insulating glasses. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating various ophthalmic diseases and improving vision function. 12 cl, 10 dwg
