FIELD: mechanical engineering, transport, instrumentation, oil and gas pipelines, oil producing and oil refining plants. SUBSTANCE: soldering in magnetic field is provided by bringing powerful magnet to clearance to form magnetic flux with induction of 0.1-0.5 T. Melted solder with ferromagnetic filler is pulled into clearance. EFFECT: provision of tight seam owing to increased capillary effect, improved quality of soldered seam, facilitated soldering of vertical and ceiling seams. 1 cl, 1 dwg
