FIELD: transport engineering; antitheft systems. SUBSTANCE: purpose of proposed invention is prevention of unauthorized access to immobilizing procedure of vehicle antitheft system including electronic switch, ignition switch and vehicle switches. Immobilizer is built around microcomputer and is provided with inputs for connecting above indicated switches. At this method signal indicating change in position of ignition switch and first corded message from electronic switch are supplied to immobilizer. Then car owner is identified by these signals and programming is initiated. Then second coded message is put into immobilizer and recorded in its storage by changing position of car switches, for instance, ignition, headlight or horn switch.
