SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises components used in the following ratio, l/1,000 dacaliters of ready product: Aralia liqueur 0.04-0.06; natural honey 5.8-6.2 kg; tartaric acid 0.08-0.12 kg; sodium bicarbonate 0.2-0.4 kg; water-alcoholic liquor the balance on the basis of coupage strength of 40%. Simultaneous use of components enriches vodka in biologically active compounds, refines its flavor due to reduced medicinal odor of Aralia liqueur. Vodka acquires larch forest aroma and soft taste. EFFECT: increased nutritive value and adaptogenic action of ready product.
