SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, namely to a method and device for growing microorganisms with means for introducing gas. The device refers to devices for growing biomass of aerobic microorganisms in a liquid medium. The reactor for aerobic biosynthesis is an axisymmetric closed body with a liquid flow inductor, a pipeline for recirculation of the liquid phase and an overflow chamber of the aerator with nozzles for the supply of gases and process fluids, as well as for the removal of the liquid and gas phase by a heat exchanger on the external circuit of the liquid phase. Enrichment of the working medium with a mixture of gases is carried out by aeration using gravitational jet aerators with an ejection effect. To increase the pumping characteristics and increase the kinetic energy of the aerator jet, the reactor is equipped with a two-stage liquid phase degassing system in front of the working chamber of the liquid flow agitator in order to increase mass exchange processes.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the kinetic energy of the liquid phase when entering the liquid of the working zone of the reactor when leaving the gravitational aerator, which increases the mass transfer processes in the zone of the working medium and increases the efficiency of the biosynthesis process.
