FIELD: method of operation of installation for etching rolled strips and its construction. SUBSTANCE: etching is realized in several arranged one after another etching bathes filled with acid containing etching composition. Strip is moved through bathes provided with nozzles mounted in lateral sides of bathes for feeding acid containing etching composition. In order to realize variable control of nozzles installation is provided with nozzles mounted at both sides of bathes over or under plane for strip passing and arranged in front of bottom members for supporting strip and behind members.
