FIELD: drilling machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: hydrodynamic reamer-stabilizer has cylindrical body with connecting thread. It is provided with sectors which are separated by washing slots with initial angle of incline α <90 deg. Slots are directed opposite to direction of rotation. Rock-crushing inserts on sectors are located on lines which are congruent to generating surfaces of washing slots. Inserts are displaced relative to each other through at least 1/6 of their diameter. Rock-crushing inserts are installed flush with external surfaces of sectors with overlapping each other in each longitudinal and lateral cross-section relative to walls of bore-hole. Working part of reamer-stabilizer at side of well bottom-hole is cone-shaped through one third of its height. Height h of working part of reamer-stabilizer and angle of tapering β are determined from following relations: , where deg - equivalent diameter of total cross-sectional area of washing slots, mm; n - minimal number of rock-crushing inserts in tooling row over length of sectors; α - initial angle of incline of washing slots and sectors, deg.; D - diameter of working part of reamer-stabilizer, mm; d - diameter of reamer-stabilizer, mm. Application of aforesaid reamer-stabilizer allows for prolonging its service life, reducing need for replacing worn-out components, increasing drilling speed, and reducing intensity of bore-hole distortion. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 dwg
