SUBSTANCE: mechanism includes strut, crank on which link and gear wheel are turnably mounted; gear wheel is thrown into engagement with one of gears mounted on axle fitted in crank; other gear is connected with fixed out-of- round gear; gear ratio between crank and link is selected to be equal to number of natural number series more than one which is varying in crank turn cycle. Besides that, gear wheel may be connected with fixed internal gear wheel; gear ratio between crank and link is selected to be equal to series of numbers 2,2 - 3,3,- 4,4, at which is constant in crank turn cycle.
