FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to walking movers. The walking wheel comprises a hub with supports along the perimeter thereof. According to the first variant, the hub is equipped with a closed guide interacting with a support roller installed on the carrying link of the walking wheel. The center of the hub is pivotally connected with a movable element installed in the straight link guide. In the second variant, the hub with supports is equipped with two closed guides, wherein each of the guides interacts with support rollers thereof installed on the link. In the third variant, joints are located at different opposite sides of the hub hinge and each support is connected by means of an additional link with the opposite joints of the adjacent supports. In the fourth variant, the hub is pivotally mounted on a fixed axis of the movable unit interacting with the straight carrying link guide of the walking wheel. Each support is equipped with an additional joint located at a distance from the hub joint and connected by means of an additional link with the joint of the movable block.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability of a walking wheel.
