FIELD: nondestructive radiographic inspection of articles and cargoes. SUBSTANCE: X-ray/TV device has source of X-ray radiation, system of collimators, inspection camera with conveyer, multichannel detection system. Inspected object is placed on conveyer. Detection system is composed of row of elementary detectors. Device is also fitted with system of filters incorporating a number of laminated filters. Each laminated filter is placed in front of row of elementary detectors of multichannel detection system with interval of one detector. EFFECT: increased operational efficiency of device. 2 dwg
