FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing esophagus wall defect. Suture line is reinforced with graft. The graft is cut out from azygous vein on fascial cellular pleural limb. Venous part of the graft is dissected longitudinally. The venous part of the graft is fixed above and below the esophagus wall suture line. EFFECT: reduced traumatic complications due to operative intervention. 2 dwg
