FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should create a large-intestinal transplant and apply it retrosternally onto the neck. Moreover, one should create a tunnel in retrosternal fiber space due to videosurgical assistance. From the right, from the left and under a xiphoid process in front of peritoneum at one and the same level transversely one should dissect a diaphragm by forming central and lateral incisions to introduce trocars into them. Through a central trocar gas should be supplied, the volume of introduced gas should be detected depending upon dolichomorphous, mesomorphous and brachimorphous type of constitution. With the help of instruments introduced into lateral trocars one should form a tunnel in retrosternal space, connect cervical access with the tunnel formed. Large-intestinal transplant should be applied through this tunnel. The innovation enables to prevent lesions, flexures of transplant's vascular pedicle, defects of parietal pleura and appearance of uncontrolled hemorrhage.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty.
