Capsules have low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, carboxymethylstarch sodium, partially sized starch, cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone as a loosening agent at amount 0.5-4 wt.-% per 1 wt.-% an active component. Alkaline agent is taken at amount 0.002-0.3 mas. p. per 1 mas. p. an active component. An active component can be as a part of capsule taken at amount 5-50 wt.-% of other component mass. Capsules ensure the high stability of cytarabine ocphosphate and its good degradability in acid solutions. The proposed capsules can be used for oral administration as antileukimec agents.
