FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: lift has load platform with vertical carrying wall and hinged flat installed by means of upper and lower carriages on two tubular rails spaced in height. Upper rail is provided with longitudinal slot. Lift has drive sprocket arranged on upper landing, drive and closed cable transmission whose pull span is laid in upper rail and is provided with ball traction members uniformly spaced and secured over its length, and return span is arranged in lower rail and is provided with uniformly spaced and freely fitted barrel-shaped centering members arranged over its length and tubular cylindrical spacers rigidly secured in between. Carriages are installed on carrying walls for turning relative to axis square to carrying wall. Upper carriage has two rollers resting on upper rail and two carriers, and lower carriage has one vertical and four horizontal rollers straddling the lower rail. Pull and return spans of cable transmission are interconnected at outlet from driving sprocket, their other ends being secured in carriers sliding in longitudinal slot of upper rail.
