FIELD: low-temperature carbonization-burning. SUBSTANCE: wastes a are supplied to pyrolysis drum 2. Gas generated in pyrolysis drum is supplied to combustion chamber 8. Flue gas r produced in combustion chamber is supplied through cooling device 10 and gas compressor 16 to chimney stack 20. Rotary speed of gas compressor 16 is regulated by the pressure in gas conduit between drum 2 and compressor 16. When pressure in gas conduit is below atmospheric pressure, rotary speed of compressor 16 is reduced by means of device 24. Additional compressor may be installed in parallel to compressor 16. The plant may have additional pyrolysis drum. EFFECT: prevented objectionable effluents of flue gases to environment due to provision of constant pressure in gas conduit. 23 cl, 7 dwg
