FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of 40% vol solution by mixing ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and drinking corrected water. Solution is thoroughly cleaned with activated carbon by passing it through carbon-cleaning battery. Sugar syrup in the form of aqueous solution or 65.8-% sugar syrup is introduced at mixing into finishing tank. Then, mixture of maltose and glucose, preliminarily dissolved in softened water, are additionally introduced at continuous mixing. Solution is thoroughly mixed, corrected its proof and filtered. For production of 1000 dal of vodka, ingredients are used in the following ratio, kg: maltose, 2.0-3.0; glucose, 0.5-1.5; refined granulated sugar, 9.5-10.5; ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification, and drinking corrected water at the rate of blend proof of 40%. EFFECT: higher organoleptical properties and food value due to complex usage of ingredients and their quantitative ratio showing synergistic action; reduced of sugar consumption; mild licorice taste and specific vodka aroma.
