FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: one prepares water-alcohol solution (mixture) by way of mixing "LUX" rectified ethyl alcohol and rectified drinking water so that alcohol concentration in the blend is 40%. The mixture is carefully stirred, purified on a carbonic-purgative pile; vodka is directed into a rendering vessel. One prepares fortified infusion of oat-flakes by way of filling 0.3-0.7 kg of flakes with 50 vol. % proof water-alcohol liquid at a ratio of 1:10, infusing for 5 days and infusion draining. The infusion is carefully filtered and delivered into the rendering vessel. Food sea-salt is dissolved in rectified water, filtered and delivered into the rendering vessel in the form of a filtrate. Vanillin is dissolved in alcohol at a ratio of 1:100 and delivered into the rendering vessel after salt addition. Sand sugar in the form of a water solution or 65.8% sugar syrup is delivered into the mixture or rendering vessel. The vessel contents are carefully stirred after every ingredient addition. Vodka is bottled with a mandatory control filtration. For production of 1000 dhal of vodka one uses the following ingredients: 3.0-5.0 l of first drainage fortified oat-flakes infusion, 0.03-0.07 kg of food sea-salt, 0.08-0.12 l of vanillin (1:100), 11.0-12.0 l of 65.8% sugar syrup, "LUX" rectified ethyl alcohol and rectified drinking water - the rest. The vodka taste grade is 9.68.
EFFECT: finished product quality improvement, vodka obtains almost imperceptible aroma of green onions in the aftertaste, labour intensity reduction due to exclusion of one more infusion preparation.
