SUBSTANCE: vodka contains following ingredients according to withdrawal of components for 1000 dhal of end product: brier extract 0.04-0.06 kg, sodium bicarbonate 0.2-0.4 litres, 65.8% sugar syrup 9.0-11.5, ectified ethanol "Lux" and drinking rectified water - according to blending with alcoholic content 40%. Vodka has taste with pleasant slightly sour taste, almost imperceptible aroma of autumn apples, taste grade - 9.7.
EFFECT: high organoleptical characteristics, high level of biological activity and expanded range of vodkas.
