SUBSTANCE: unit includes moulding drum 1, device for supply of heat-insulating mass inside drum which is made in form of nozzles 6 fitted on drum, end blank 3 with washer 11 secured on it; washer 11 has clamping members for securing bar reinforcement 10; outer diameter of washer 11 is equal to inner diameter of drum 1; front wall of drum 1 is provided with guide holes for passage of bar reinforcement 10 whose location corresponds to location of clamping members of washer 11.
