FIELD: mechanical engineering, mobile robotic complexes for search for explosive objects buried in soil. SUBSTANCE: mobile carrier of search equipment includes motor vehicle fitted with pickup of covered distance, control device equipped with computer and hinge-and-lever suspension of search equipment provided with drives, sensors of its position relative to motor vehicle, sensors of collision with obstacles and sensors determining clearances between search equipment and soil. Control over mobile carrier consists in initial setting of clearances and in maintenance of them within specified limits during travel of motor vehicle by action on drives of suspension in agreement with readings of sensors determining clearances with stop of suspension and motor vehicle in case of collision with obstacle and by results of processing of readings of sensors in computer.
