FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: given device may be used for fast ( at pace of measurement ) processing of results of great number of measurements when collection of large amount of information ( several numbers to calculate coordinates of one point ) is impossible and result is desirable to be obtained in the form of one number - one number ( result ) and one measurement correspond to each point. For example, device is recommended for measurement of complex geometrical surfaces where it is necessary to obtain coordinates of tens of thousands of points for description of surface in optical systems of identification of objects with subsequent entry of measurement results into computer. Device evaluates luminous flux hitting part of elementary cell of line photodetector. It includes clock generator, line of photodetectors, OR gates, delay gate, (n+1)-th AND gate, (n+2)-th AND gate, flip- flop, scale-of-two circuit, counter, unit of standard voltages, first comparator, nth comparator, first AND gate, nth AND gate, first OR gate, light source. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy thanks to evaluation of level of signal from each element of photodetector. 1 dwg
