FIELD: fish industry for production of fish feed flour. SUBSTANCE: before boiling, raw material is pressed, and prepared tissue drip is mixed, as a coagulant, with press liquor. In the process of mixing drip and liquor are heated, mixture is separated, and separated deposit is prepressed, ground and dried. A part of prepared liquid is mixed with raw material before or in the process of boiling, while the rest part of liquid is directed for the following treatment. Heating of mixture of liquor with coagulant is carried out up to temperature 90-95 C. EFFECT: higher intensification of process; improved quality of finished product and increased its yield; reduced energy expenditures. 2 cl, 1 tbl
