FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to devices making it possible to produce fish meal in the process of fish broth cooking. Device has an accumulation tank for stickwater, pumps, a drier, a service tank with a heating and temperature control system, and an ultrasonic mixer, all connected in series to each other. Ultrasonic mixer is additionally connected to the system of pipelines in the upper part of the supply tank for supply of the mixed broth. Above the accumulation tank and the accumulator hopper, concentrate and antioxidant proportioners are installed, as well as a pump for pumping stickwater into the service tank. Device is additionally equipped with a mixing hollow chamber with a nozzle and a valve regulating the supply of compressed air. Mixing chamber is rigidly fixed along the perimeter inside the lower part of the service tank. Mixing chamber is made in the form of an annular pipe, on the outer side of the chamber along the whole perimeter there are holes for supply of compressed air.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to increase efficiency of the device.
