FIELD: fish industry, in particular, production of fish products for feeding of animals, birds and fish.
SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding raw fish material frozen to temperature of -18 - -20 C; subjecting ground raw fish material to thermal processing at temperature of 50-55 C for 5-8 min; separating dense mass from liquid mass; providing enzymic hydrolysis at temperature of 4-50 C for 35-55 min with the use of proteolytic enzymes, followed by inactivation of enzyme immediately in fermenter; providing convective drying in vibration fluidized bed at temperature of 70-75 C for 35-45 min; grinding resultant dried product in mill. Large-sized fish wastes of, for example, various kinds of salmon, may be used as raw fish material. Method allows feed fish flour with increased content of polypeptides of up to 72% of non-protein, high content of protein nitrogen of up to 58% of total nitrogen to be produced from large-sized fish wastes.
EFFECT: increased feed value of fish flour and improved digestion thereof by animals, birds and fish during growing period.
