FIELD: food industry; production of alcohol-free, tonic and refreshing beverages. SUBSTANCE: medicinal preparation oliphen is used in beverage as a substance with tonic action in final concentration of 0.2-0.5 g/l, while as potable water, is used mineral water or diluted juice. Powder for preparation of tonic beverage contains oliphen having tonic action at the rate of 0.2-0.5 g per one liter of prepared beverage. Additionally powder may contain 40-80 g of flavoring additive in the amount of 0.1-0.5 cu.cm per one liter of beverage. Used as flavoring addition, beverage may have sugar, citric acid, common salt, pumpkin and/or apple powder. EFFECT: broadened assortment of refreshing beverages with tonic action. 6 cl
