FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying monophototonic computer tomography of brain in 20-30 min after intravenous injection of 120-370 mBq 199Tl-DDK-containing complex. Monophototonic computer tomography is carried out with parallel high energy collimator under power maximum of 199Tl of gamma-chamber tuning being applied. Local drop in 199Tl-DDK-containing complex contents in brain tissue being detected, hypoperfusion zone availability is considered to be the case. EFFECT: reduced radiation load; enhanced accuracy of diagnosis. 4 dwg
