FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing monophotone emission computer tomography examination of brain in 20-30 min with following planar perfusion scintigraphy or monophotone emission computer tomography examination of myocardium in 60-80 min after intravenous injection of 185-260 mBq of 199TI TI-diethyldithiocarbamate ((199TI-DDK) TI- DDT) on gamma chamber with parallel high power collimator tuned on energy peak of 199TI TI-DDT (72.5 kEV). Local drop in 199TI-DDK TI-DDT in brain and myocardium witnesses hypoperfusion is the case. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis. 2 cl
