FIELD: ion-exchange purification methods. SUBSTANCE: regeneration of styrene-divinylbenzene-based anionites with quaternary ammonium base groups is used when preparing biologically-active compounds and in various national economy areas involving strong-base anionite purification operations, e.g. in wine making, sugar industry, etc. Prolongation of lifetime of strong-base anionites in heparin and canamicin production is achieved by that, anionite, after target product is desorbed, is regenerated by sodium hypochlorite solution. Big organic molecules irreversibly captured by anionite, are destroyed by oxidant into small fragments that are then easily washed away by water. EFFECT: prolonged anionite lifetime. 3 dwg, 2 tbl
