FIELD: organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to isolation of oxacilline sodium salt from its aqueous and water-organic solutions obtained both in oxacilline synthesis and when dissolving oxacilline or oxacilline-containing mixtures by means of precipitation with acid sodium salt. Method is distinguished by that above-mentioned salt is that of mineral acid and this salt is added to concentration 10-15%, after which product is afterprecipitated by saturated salt solution added in amount from 0.8 to 1.5 volume of initial oxacilline solution.
