FIELD: metallurgy, namely, casting alloy with wide-range crystallization and high chemical affinity of elements for modifying and refining steels and cast iron. SUBSTANCE: process comprises steps of feeding melt at temperature higher than its melting temperature directly from furnace to mold formed by means of two rotating and coupled cooled rolls with beads, freezing melt on rolls and rolling it to belt. Rolls are imparted to rotation opposite relative to motion of melt being fed at overheating temperature 130-200 C. Two belts are frozen on rolls with rate 20-40 m/min. EFFECT: enhanced manufacturability of casting process, high quality of alloy, economy of electric energy, less lost of yield. 1 tbl, 1 exp, 2 dwg
